I am a Professional Recruiter focusing in Technology. Prior to becoming a Professional Recruiter, I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing with an emphasis in Sales while Minoring in English from the University of Dayton. After working in the recruiting space for over six years, I realized there are few outlets for soon to be graduates, all the way up to seasoned professionals, to hone their interviewing skills. I leverage my previous and current experience interviewing 15-20 candidates weekly to provide a highly tailored interview coaching experience. My focus is to provide the framework and principles for candidates to learn not only the skills necessary to interview successfully, but to use these tools throughout their careers. My program is best suited for 1-on-1 coaching which includes an initial phone screen, working with the candidate to understand how to prepare for an interview, followed by several mock interviews. In total, a typical training program will last a cumulative 3-4 hours with flexibility if necessary.
I have been a Professional Recruiter for the past six years interviewing 15-20 candidates per week. In addition to interviewing candidates directly, I work with hiring managers to create candidate profiles, interview questions and grading criteria, and on-boarding plans to best assess talent. In my spare time, I have worked with friends and family to provide the fundamentals of interviewing skills, and have had many successful clients interviewing for jobs ranging from sales, technology, and even college applications.
I became involved with this business as I find it highly gratifying to see candidate's land that "dream job" or positions they previously thought they were "unqualified".
