I am a college student looking for an opportunity to tutor. As a college student who took a lot of math courses, I noticed that an incredible percent of the college(or high school) population isn't good at math. I spent a lot of time tutoring friends of mine from high school, and some of my current college friends in math, and based on my time tutoring them, I realized that not only am I in love with math, I also love helping people understand it. Although Math is my best and favorite subject, I'm also very good at tutoring English. My favorite part of tutoring is the satisfaction that I get out of seeing a student understand something they were struggling to learn.

I have over 120 hours tutoring Math to a variety of students from different age groups, backgrounds, skill levels, and learning abilities, and would love the opportunity to tutor you too! I also like to give students a chance to figure out problems before I intervene to help out, as I think students learn better by trying to figure things out on their own first, and then getting the tutor's feedback along the way. I am also very patient and encouraging towards students, because at the end of the day, they are the ones that need to learn what I am tutoring them in, not me. I am very committed and dedicated to my students, and I am always available to answer questions even long after our tutoring sessions are over.
