My tutoring approach is patient and nonjudgmental. I can adapt my tutoring approach to the learning style and comfort level of the student. A keen awareness of the student's proficiency level in a given subject matter will allow me to tailor an approach that will facilitate both an improvement in their skill level and their confidence. The most important element of a productive and healthy student-teacher relationship is mutual trust and understanding along with well-defined goals and a way of gauging improvement and progress towards those goals.
