I have five years of experience teaching and tutoring English (and reading) at the junior college level. In addition, I have taught all courses from basic writing to composition (10 page MLA papers). I can help you pass your exit exams, and also help you to complete your ten page papers in MLA, APA, or CMS style. Furthermore, I have tutored all types of students (in English). Furthermore, I have a great deal of experience helping ESL students improve their English--specifically their article usage (a, an, the, no article needed etc.) and their preposition use. In addition, I have an extensive knowledge of basketball, baseball, golf, and track and field. I was a reasonably accomplished high school athlete (four years of track and two years of football at a top tier IHSA school with an average enrollment of over 4000 students at the time of my attendance). Lastly, I have an extensive customer service background that I use to put the customer (the student) first. I also have very high standards for both myself and my students. I like to have fun while teaching, and I try to make learning enjoyable.
