Spectacular tutor with a passion for teaching and learning! Fully invested in his students’ success and interested in the whole student! Asks relevant background questions to find strengths and weakness and also motivation. Is encouraging and uplifting and celebrates my son successes no matter how son. Get it, knows how important confidence is and aims to build it in the subject matter with his students! Gives practice and pertinent information and notes to ensure improvement and minimize gaps.. More importantly, constructs his lessons based on the type of student he has. He truly cares. He is the utmost professional, razor sharp like expert in the subject matter. James is so personable which allows him to connect extremely fast and is likable to his students! My kid loves working with him and even doing the practice work. He feels safe and comfortable enough to ask questions, be honest when he did not do something, and not feel embarrassed by James’ reaction.
