I've an MS in accounting and a BS in finance from Tulane University. I am a CFA Charterholder. I have experience in modeling, machine learning, and various statistical analysis (R, Python Excel) from biostats to event studies.

I have worked in hedge funds and venture capital as a generalist/special-situations analyst and technology-focused investor. My public-equity work has included accounting frauds and restatements, spin-offs, and other special situations across technology, consumer, real estate, and industrial companies.

In venture capital, I have boardroom experience spanning distressed restructurings and early-stage companies built around little more than intellectual property and a pitch deck. Companies I invested in or advised were acquired by OpenText and Intel or completed IPOs. I have also co-invested with senior executives from Broadcom, Analog Devices, Qualcomm, and Intel.

I have worked with students from Wharton, Duke, Creighton, Notre Dame, Northwestern, DePaul, NYU, Columbia, Stanford, Wisconsin, and Chicago Booth, as well as executives from CME, UBS, JPMorgan Chase, Medtronic, Takeda, and Northern Trust.

I have experience with more complex subject matter like ANOVA, Time Series, but I do not regularly tutor it.
