I have a Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science in Finance from DePaul University. I began tutoring as an undergraduate, helping other students that were struggling with College Level Algebra. I was able to take the material that they were studying and walk through it with them in a way that would allow them to understand the subject matter, and have more confidence when working on test problems.
I also have experience in helping children and young adults with reading. The approach I take is to make the individual comfortable, and to provide reading material that allowed the individual to go at their own pace. Most of the people I have helped have had solid improvement after each lesson and continued to progress further with advancing material.

I eventually began teaching students and fellow classmates in Finance. My approach to helping with Finance was to take the chapter and homework questions, and walk through the topics and explain the materian in manner that allowed the individual to have a clearer understanding of what was being discussed. To also help students work through homework problems, I provided a reference sheet with comments that students could review on their own or when studying.

After completing my graduate degree, I began tutoring graduate students in Finance programs, and other areas of study who were taking a finance class. I still continue to tutor when asked, and always willing to help when needed.
