Hi! My name is Marianna, and I am a dedicated tutor with a strong academic background and a genuine passion for helping students succeed. I graduated high school in 2021 with a 4.0 GPA, and throughout my academic journey, I have consistently been someone others turn to for help. I specialize in math, science, and writing, and I also support students with test preparation by helping them build both understanding and confidence.

My experience with tutoring goes beyond the classroom. For years, I worked closely with my younger brother from 4th grade all the way through his senior year of high school. We attended different schools, which gave me experience explaining material in different ways depending on the curriculum and expectations. He is now graduating this year with a 4.0 GPA as well, and being part of that journey is something I’m incredibly proud of. In addition, I have helped classmates and peers better understand challenging material, which strengthened my ability to explain concepts clearly, stay patient, and truly connect with students.

I work with elementary, middle school, and high school students, and I focus on more than just getting the right answers. My goal is to help students actually understand what they’re learning so they can feel confident on their own. I break down difficult topics step by step, adapt to each student’s pace, and create a supportive environment where questions are always welcome. I know how frustrating school can feel when something doesn’t make sense and especially when you don't have the help or support being from school and home(was once me I had to gain confidence and figure everything on my own) and I’m here to make learning feel manageable, clear, and even enjoyable.
