I am a certified Math teacher with an M.Sc. in Mathematics and a passion for helping students gain confidence and succeed in math. I enjoy making challenging concepts easy to understand by breaking them down into clear, simple steps. My interest in tutoring began in high school, where my mathematics teacher frequently referred classmates to me for extra help. Those early experiences inspired my passion for teaching. Since then, I have gained years of experience tutoring mathematics to high school students, helping them strengthen their skills and achieve their academic goals.
I especially enjoy tutoring Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Precalculus, and Calculus I. I explain concepts step by step, identify where a student is having difficulty, and adjust my approach to match the student's learning style. My goal is to help students understand the reasoning behind mathematical methods rather than simply memorize formulas.
I tutor middle school, high school, and college students including those preparing for SAT Math. Whether a student needs help with homework, exam preparation, mastering difficult concepts, or strengthening foundational skills, I tailor each lesson to the student's pace, goals, and individual needs.
I am patient, encouraging, and committed to creating a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, exploring different problem-solving strategies, and building lasting confidence in mathematics. My greatest satisfaction comes from seeing students develop both stronger math skills and greater confidence in their own abilities.
