Hi there! I'm Mina, a new graduate from UC San Diego. I took many courses on child development and curriculum design during my undergraduate experience, and I'm excited to utilize everything I've learned as a postgrad to help your child thrive. I'm super interested in learning science, so I always make sure to stay up to date with new scientifically proven effective study strategies to help students succeed. Speaking of which, at UCSD I was very involved in the Swartz Center for Computational Neuroscience researching ways to utilize embodied learning to teach through augmented reality. I try to incorporate my findings in lessons when applicable. Over the last ten years I've developed great experience tutoring kids in math, phonics, reading, grammar, writing, coding, and UI/UX design. I've worked on teacher guides to be used behind the scenes, slide shows presented to students, and taught kids hands on.
