So what does it mean for you? As a working writer, I'm continuously publishing new work, from essays to entire books, I'm always learning. I use that very real-world experience to tutor high school and college-level students in short- and long-form creative nonfiction through brief craft lessons, close reading of mentor texts, structured exercises, and sustained drafting time. And, I follow that with actionable line-level and structural feedback, so that in just a few short sessions we go from a blank page to a polished final piece.
Are you a high-school, undergraduate or graduate student? Let's chat.
