I recently graduated from the University of Chicago, the founding school of sociology, with a degree in sociology. Throughout those four years, I learned the foundations of sociological theory and used these principles to embark on my own research, developing project proposals complete with interviews/survey data and using RStudio to conduct statistical analysis. I would be interested in working with students to formally understand sociological concepts through the close reading of fundamental texts and/or modern research papers.

Very knowledgeable about sociology

I really loved my session with Elijah. I wasn't very familiar with the world of sociology, but they broke it down in a very easy-to-understand way. You can really feel their passion for it! They also went to the University of Chicago, which I know was the first school to offer sociology as a subject, so I had high hopes, and they were definitely met!
