I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Pedagogy from Colombia, and I also completed an international certification to teach Spanish as a Foreign Language. My academic background gave me strong foundations in teaching methodologies, child development, and language acquisition. Since moving to the United States three years ago, I have combined my passion for education with my interest in working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
For the past three years, I have been teaching Spanish online to students of different ages and levels, ranging from teenagers to adults, complete beginners to advanced learners. In addition, I occasionally teach in small group settings, creating engaging and interactive activities that keep students motivated.
My teaching style is student-centered and communicative. I believe that learning a language should be practical, enjoyable, and relevant to real life. That is why I use authentic conversations, role plays, cultural insights, and games to help students improve not only their grammar and vocabulary, but also their confidence when speaking. My goal is always to adapt to the specific needs of each learner, guiding them step by step while keeping the classes dynamic and enjoyable.
