I’m currently a law student at Chicago-Kent College of Law, but my academic journey began in the sciences. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where I also minored in Business and completed a study abroad program at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. My background includes rigorous coursework in general, organic, physical, and analytical chemistry, as well as hands-on lab experience—most notably during my internship at Fresenius Kabi, where I supported high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) testing and helped streamline lab processes. These experiences gave me both a strong technical foundation and an appreciation for how to explain complex scientific concepts in a clear and practical way.
I’ve always enjoyed helping others succeed in their studies, and throughout college, I regularly worked one-on-one with peers who needed extra support in chemistry. Whether preparing for exams or reviewing homework assignments, I focused on making chemistry more approachable by connecting abstract topics to real-world examples and offering step-by-step guidance. My goal as a tutor is to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence in their abilities. With a mix of patience, encouragement, and a deep understanding of the material, I’m here to help all students succeed in chemistry and discover that it’s not just doable, it can be genuinely rewarding.
