My writing abilities are not limited to mass communications and business writing. I wrote a poem that received silver in the Missouri State Poetry Society’s Youth Contest, and I was chosen as a Student of the Year at Lafayette High School due to my performance in AP Literature & Composition. And, most exciting, I’m 190 pages into my debut novel! I, thus, can support students with literary criticism essays, as well as new writers honing their creativity. I am well-versed in MLA, AP, and APA format.
I take a structured approach in mentorship that involves homework and formal review processes, followed by actively and didactically reviewing feedback. Education is a crucial component of tutoring, so expect lessons on writing and oratory techniques, as well as opportunities for practicing skills.
