I taught ESL for over 11 years, both in a classroom-style setting as well as a 1:1 tutor, assisting hundreds of recently-arrived adult refugees adjust to their new home. I was fortunate to grow up in a bilingual household where English and French were spoken. I studied languages in college and have a passion for teaching. In my private tutoring sessions, I enjoy a relaxed, conversational style of instruction!
