Didn't get to the Assignment, and it was a huge waste of time

I was ready to go with all assignments up and super excited to get help as I despratelly needed and wanted to understand my assignment I had failed. Working with Saab was hard since he wanted to use a Remote Control feature on zoom. Unfortunately I was on a work computer and the feature was not available we spent 1.5 hours looking and trying and we never did look at my Homework or my ArcPro map. It really sucked and I felt super conflicted when he asked me if he could bill me for the class. I had felt like it was not worth it at all since we got nothing done toward actually getting to the assignment or anything of what I had in mind. I still booked for another day, I had downloaded everything to my personal computer and downloaded Zoom for business as I didn't want any hiccups in this lesson. Again I just wanted help on my assignment. That was a real let down too.
