Over my years as a professor, I have taught over forty-one courses in nine areas of Psychology and Neuroscience. These range from introductory courses to advanced and specialized undergraduate and graduate level courses. As a teacher, I believe that it is my professional responsibility to provide career guidance to students.

My role as a teacher and mentor is to ensure the success of my students. Over the years, I have realized that the events occurring in students’ personal lives greatly impact their success. I cared deeply about my students and I tried to get to know each and every one of them not only as students, but individuals. Many of the students that I had the privilege to mentor and/or counsel are now extremely successful in whatever endeavors they chose to pursue.

My undergraduate education is in Human Biology from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, one of the most prestigious medical schools in the world. During my undergraduate education, I excelled at human anatomy and physiology. Additionally, I have received training in microbiology, botany, and molecular biology. I hold a Ph.D. in behavioral neuroscience and have taught courses in Psychology, Statistics, and Neurobiology to thousands of high school, undergraduate, and graduate students.

I was born and raised in India. Hindi is my native language. If you need practice speaking and holding conversations in Hindi, I would be an excellent Tutor.

After spending 20 years in academia, I decided to start my own consulting firm and non-profit organization. However, teaching is my passion, therefore, I am offering my services as a tutor. Please feel free to contact me to learn more and schedule lessons!
