I earned a Bachelor of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC). My graduate studies focused on electrical engineering, including electronics, circuits, electromagnetics, and antenna theory and development. I can tutor mathematics, physics, electrical engineering, circuits, electronics, electromagnetics, programming, and related STEM subjects, supported by my academic background and professional technical experience. I have also successfully completed Wyzant's subject assessments for each of the five subjects currently listed on my profile.

Helping other students understand difficult material has been a recurring part of my academic experience. Even growing up in school, I was often the person classmates would check with when they were unsure about what was being taught, and I was always happy to explain a concept or work through a problem with them. This continued through college and graduate school, where I regularly helped peers one-on-one and participated in study groups. During my undergraduate studies, I also worked with Students of Strength tutoring agency, and during my master's program I occasionally helped undergraduate students who approached me for assistance with mathematics and other technical subjects.

My experience has included tutoring students in grade school and high school, younger college students, and fellow college and graduate students. My approach is to first identify where a student is getting stuck, then explain the underlying concept in a way that makes the formulas and problem-solving process easier to understand and remember. I can also help students prepare for exams through targeted practice, study strategies, and memorization when appropriate. I am new to the Wyzant platform, but helping others learn has been a consistent part of my academic experience.

I earned a Bachelor of Science from MIT and a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago. My graduate studies emphasized electronics, circuit analysis and design, electromagnetics, and antenna theory and development, providing both a strong theoretical foundation and practical engineering experience. I can help students understand not only how to solve problems, but also why the underlying concepts and formulas work, making the material easier to retain and apply. Whether you are preparing for exams, working through homework, or strengthening your understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals, I strive to adapt each lesson to your individual learning style and goals.
