Hi! My name is Grace, and I’m an early-career aerospace engineer with a degree from Georgia Tech. I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree and will soon be working as a Structural Engineer at Blue Origin. Previously, I interned with NASA Goddard as a Cryogenic Engineer and with GE Aerospace as a Design Engineer developing next-generation jet engine technology.
I’m deeply passionate about helping students reach their academic goals. I have over 2 years of experience tutoring K–12 mathematics, during which I created personalized lesson plans for more than 50 students. I’ve also instructed over 100 students in a STEM-focused summer camp and coached students ages 3–18 in the fundamentals of figure skating. Currently, I serve as a student instructor at Georgia Tech, mentoring over 300 aerospace engineering students in our campus workshop and assisting with more than 100 hands-on projects.
My teaching philosophy focuses on fostering curiosity and confidence. I guide students toward answers by asking thoughtful questions and helping them develop problem-solving methods that make sense to them. I emphasize that math can be fun, that mistakes are an important part of learning, and that every student is capable of achieving their goals.
