I use data-driven instruction, including tools like DIBELS and formative assessments, to identify student needs and provide targeted support. I have experience working with a wide range of learners, including students who need extra support as well as those who benefit from additional challenge.
I am also currently earning my Master’s degree in English Language Learning (ELL), which has strengthened my ability to support students with different language backgrounds and learning needs.
My goal is to create a supportive, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable taking risks and growing their skills. I focus on building both academic ability and confidence so students can be successful in the classroom.
