Mitch graduated Magna Cum Laude from University of Idaho third in his class, where he was on law review. His undergraduate degree was in Journalism and mass communications, along with political science, at University of Utah. He graduated Cum Laude and was involved in student government. In addition to his 30 years actively practicing law, Mitch has worked as a news reporter, and was a paralegal for three years before attending law school. He is moderately fluent in conversational Spanish, and has traveled to many nations. Mitch has been a mentor to recent bar licensees, showing them the ropes of actual, hands on law practice. Mitch has passed the bar exam in three states with no problem. In one he achieved full credit on the essays, and the highest MBE score to date in that state.
