Hello, I am Alaina Banks. I am a mom of 4 amazing kids ages 3, 9, 14, and 18. I live in Northern Idaho and I am so excited to meet all of you. I have been a personal trainer and health and fitness coach for 12 years. I am now a stay-at-home mom who has been teaching English as a second language to kids in China for almost two years. I love teaching kids of all ages. As a personal trainer, I also worked with the Keep Kids Healthy Campaign and taught fitness and nutrition to different schools in my area. I also held Kid Fit Bootcamps where I helped kids learn about how to stay healthy and why it is important. I am passionate about health and fitness and I live a healthy lifestyle myself.
I spent a year as a substitute teacher where I taught kids of all ages. I spent most of my time in the preschool class and I really enjoy teaching preschool kids and love to make learning fun!! I always bring positive energy to my classroom and encourage students to also show their individuality.

I worked as a Para pro at Oroville Elementary for 1 school year and have been teaching preschool online for almost 1 year.

I am a TESOL certified teacher with 2.5 years of experience working as an ESL teacher online.

I have focused a lot on spelling during my teaching career and am an avid speller myself

I am a very enthusiastic teacher! My classroom is a very welcoming and fun environment. I like to make learning fun so that my students enjoy classes and are able to grow and excel in their learning adventures.
