Knowledgeable and patient tutor
Austin helped me navigate some of the editing features of Lightroom CC and even though he uses the Classic version he knew enough about CC to guide me through it. Very helpful to have him as a tutor!

Austin showed me how to make catalogs in Lightroom and explained the purpose for the catalogs. His organizational structure makes sense and I believe will be helpful to me going forward. We also did a little bit of editing of a few photos using both Lightroom and Photoshop.

Not everyone can teach
Im a bit of a perfectionist who will master something and move on. Because of this, I encounter a lot of new faces and have had to deal with a lot of people trying to teach things. As someone who teaches and coaches on a daily basis, I’ve learned that not everyone can teach. To me, most people have a hard time structuring their sentences and an even bigger problem is that most people completely disregard order. Austin is not a typical person. He has all the traits that make for a great teacher. He listens and is able to fill in the gaps in order. So instead of me having to decipher what he is saying and try to complete my own already broken sentence, he is able to finish it for me. As far as his knowledge on the subjects, he is very wise and even gave suggestions on learning things that I didn’t know I needed to learn until after I learned them. He really helped everything click. Thank you Austin
