I have an extensive teaching experience both in undergrad and during medical school. I thoroughly enjoy teaching and I am certain that it will be a part of my career as an Orthopedic Surgeon. My goal for my students to get them to a point where they are able to out perform me. I truly believe that a salient mark of a great mentor is the ability of the mentor to assist their students do better than they did. The idea that the student becomes the master is a testament to the students abilities, but it is an even greater testament that the masters teaching potential is such that it is able to facilitate such an feat.
I am looking forward to teaching those of you who believe they need some assistance to get to the next level.
Best Wishes,
Zain
