I have loved language my whole life. English always intrigued me, not because it was my native language, but because it is such a hodge-podge of other languages. One of my favorite things about tutoring in English is watching a student who feels overwhelmed by the subject find a way to connect to it. Watching students connect language to their everyday life in a way that makes it accessible to their learning is one of my true passions.
