During my six-year tenure teaching High School English, I taught both writing and literature courses. Then, after finishing my Master's Degree, I began my career as a librarian working at the elementary level. During my teaching career, I have coached students to become strong, effective, writers, and improve reading comprehension and vocabulary. My tutoring experience includes private tutoring, tutoring at a learning center, and tutoring for the school district. My strength is teaching writing and reading. However, I also have experience with ACT/SAT prep, and college essay writing. I am eager to begin our work. I am confident together we can achieve your learning goals.
