I have spent most of my educational career in special education settings. I have worked with autistic spectrum disorders, behavioral disordered and emotional disturbed, mentally handicapped and learning disabled students. I also have ESL certification.
I enjoy working with students who need some extra assistance. I want to figure out what I can do to help them. The most satisfying thing is to assist someone into feeling the "aha moment" when they figure out the way to do something or find the answer.
