I hold a Masters of Business Administration and am a Project Management Professional (PMP certification), also with a bachelor's degree in cybersecurity and computer science. My professional experience includes leading a wide range of technology and business initiatives such as software implementations, system migrations, data cleanup efforts, and process improvement projects.

Although my background is not in traditional classroom teaching, I have extensive experience teaching and mentoring in one-on-one and small-group settings through my professional roles.
