Other characteristics of my effective teaching include an engaging classroom presence, value in real-world learning, exchange of best practices and a lifelong love of learning.
As an ELA teacher I believe to be extremely encouraging towards my students, will make sure that my students are the ones who are working, use memory work and recitation, make learning fun, have one-on-one conversations, and they are more organized. I always try to ensure one-on-one conversion with learners and provide appropriate guidance that builds their future the best.
