  • Rate details: Rates are $100 per single one-hour lesson (if there is only one) or $75 per hour if there are multiple lessons in the same month. I also teach half hour and 45-minute lessons.

I have over 20 years of coaching and public speaking. I've spoken to groups of 100+ five times a week. I've engaged audiences of all sizes, from intimate gatherings to massive virtual conferences, and can teach you to design a presentation that will captivate audiences and put you in the driver's seat where you are relaxed and in control. I have successfully taught even the shyest students how to be comfortable speaking in meetings, in front of large groups, and persuading anyone to get results.

I have a Master's Degree in English and have been teaching for over 20 years, greatly improving students' reading comprehension at all levels, for school, tests, and business. Reading struggles are frustrating, but my custom-tailored style of encouragement and making learning fun will make a world of difference. I have extensive training in dyslexia improvement, SAT prep, autism spectrum teaching, literature analysis, and creative and persuasive writing. I'm currently a college professor.

Awesome and helpful tutor.

Dawn is an amazing tutor who has helped me learn about new writing skills, such as loglines, passive vs. active sentences, or outlines, which are very helpful for my writing. I like Dawn's teaching because she gives me good advice after reading through a section of my book. With her help, I have accomplished many things, such as enjoying the process of writing a book and learning methods that make writing easier.
