She was able to both catch me up to speed on understanding what we are doing while having me actually do it. Extremely easy to talk to and is willing to answer any questions. Highly recommend.
I enjoy meeting new students and finding out their level in computer science so that I can adapt my lesson for them. Tutoring one-on-one is an ideal learning platform because each lesson can be individualized. Roberta has been the only tutor that I use to help with my assignments. She has gotten me through my Object Oriented Programming, as well as my Advanced Java Programming. With every assignment I have brought to her, my lesson has ended with clarity. She has been patient with me, even on assignments that have been tedious. He has an A in both his CS classes and I believe that is because we started the semester with weekly sessions with Roberta.
