I’m an orthopedic surgery resident with a genuine passion for teaching and education. I graduated from the John A. Burns School of Medicine in 2023, earned a Master of Science in Human Anatomy from Colorado State University, and completed my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Seattle University. I’ve served as a teaching assistant for anatomy and physiology as well as organic chemistry, and I currently tutor and mentor medical students. Teaching has always been one of my favorite parts of training, and I enjoy helping students make sense of complex material in a way that actually sticks.
I primarily tutor anatomy and physiology, including high-school, undergraduate, and graduate–level anatomy and clinically relevant concepts. As I perform complex musculoskeletal surgeries, I have a strong understanding of three-dimensional human anatomy and how each structure is clinically relevant, which allows me to connect textbook material to real-world application. I’m also comfortable tutoring all core pre-medical subjects such as biology, chemistry, organic chemistry, physics, and biochemistry. My goal is to tailor each session to how you learn best—whether that’s exam prep, reinforcing weak areas, or building confidence. If you’re looking for an approachable tutor who’s genuinely invested in your success, feel free to reach out—I’d be happy to help.
