Hi there! Do you struggle with writing or editing essays? Does your child struggle to understand English or math homework? I'm here to help!

As a tutor in high school and college, I have extensive experience teaching all ages and have the patience and creativity needed to keep my students engaged. I graduated with honors from University of Texas with a major in psychology, minor in Humanities, focusing on early childhood education and English. From the very first lesson, I can help students better understand their lessons by using a variety of teaching styles and have all the skills needed to help them grasp whatever they are struggling with: writing, reading comprehension, basic math, or Geometry.

Essay writing and editing is also one of my strengths. I am a fast and effective editor and am able to help you get your thoughts onto paper. I have easy to apply formulas, tips, tricks, and shortcuts that will allow students to easily understand what the professor is looking for and how to apply it.

In college, I worked in the tutoring center helping peers excel in their classes and at the library I assisted with higher level reading comprehension, teaching the important skills of scanning and skimming enabling students to conduct faster research. I understand that stress and anxiety often comes along with writing papers, but I can teach you how to work through it to accomplish your goals. By building on each student's strengths and focusing on their personal learning style, I give each student a chance to learn in their own unique way. Lessons are customized to each student's needs, students will gain the tools needed to learn effectively and efficiently, and even have some fun along the way!

My main objective is to help my students to succeed by giving them the skills they need to accomplish their academic goals on their own, and getting them to a point where they no longer need my help.
