NOTE, PLEASE DELETE - I've been working with ASP.NET framework for 12+ years which includes CSS, This includes building out complex web applications utilizing CSS so I'm unsure of how I can be qualified for the overall full stack tooling of web development but deemed not qualified in CSS.
