Physics PhD, 15 years educating

My journeys in science began 15 years ago when I joined my high school math team, and a year later my obsession with quantum mechanics began. When I was an undergrad I began tutoring high school and undergraduate math, physics, and writing. In graduate school I worked as a teaching assistant in physics and as a writing consultant in the graduate writing center. Now I have a PhD in physics and hope to help others understand the subjects that are so important to me.

Formulas and concepts are useless if you don’t know how to correctly apply them, and arguments fall apart if they have holes or are susceptible to counterarguments. This is why I push my students and clients to understand content deeply, to reason rigorously, and to argue for the conclusions they draw.
