Throughout my career, I have worked with students from diverse academic backgrounds and learning needs in a variety of educational settings, both in the United States and overseas. My experience includes classroom instruction, small-group teaching, individualized support, and academic intervention. I have also served as a middle and high school administrator for seven years, giving me extensive insight into curriculum development, student achievement, and effective instructional practices.
My teaching approach focuses on creating engaging, supportive, and student-centered learning experiences. I tailor lessons to each learner's needs, helping students strengthen their reading comprehension, writing, grammar, vocabulary, critical thinking, and communication skills. Drawing on my background in special education, I use differentiated instruction, scaffolded learning strategies, and positive reinforcement to build confidence and promote academic growth.
