I provide the encouragement as well as all the needed resources to ensure the child or children reach his or her goals. Making the connection as well as building the relationship so the child trusts me is my top priority. Once I have gained the trust and built a relationship which is positive and trusting I am able to help each child reach heights unimaginable.
