Greetings! I am a Clinical Instructor with 14 years as a bedside staff Nurse and a unit nurse educator who served as a preceptor and a mentor for the new graduate nurses that enter the profession. I value students and I value meeting the needs of each individual student. I use my current experience to relate to my students and to emphasize major important points for test and exams.
I love to teach because I had some both good and bad experiences in nursing school and I want to be the instructor to make a difference in someone's career. Nursing has always been my passion since I became a CNA in high school. Nursing is not what I do, it's who I am and creating a better community of nurses is the goal for myself.
I have helped several students prepare and pass the NCLEX. I teach great strategy and ways to build confidence and critically thinking through test questions. I help with test anxiety and study strategies as well.
