Before I teach any level of students, First of all I assist them with diagnostic test. Once I assist the students I will be knowing what standard and depth the student is in that subject area. And based on student's knowledge on the subject I will go their level of knowledge and teach the basic concepts fundamentals and giving them strong foundations. So that they can understand and grasp the subject.
I don't have any problems teaching for any level of students because I can modify the subject according to their learning styles. I am friendly with Children and teach the students in innovative way so that they grow their interest towards Hindi and I make them involved in the subject. If they don't understand, I will be very patient to them and explain them till they get it and I choose to take the practical approach then the subjective approach to them. I have taught many students and they passed my class and made their careers.
