Hi there! My name is Hallie! I am a current high school mathematics teacher who has a passion for students understanding mathematics concepts. I obtained my bachelors from Clemson University in Mathematics Teaching and my masters degree also from Clemson University in Teaching and Learning.
I have been teaching mathematics for 3 years, each year teaching multiple algebra 1 and algebra 2 courses. My classes have consisted of students from ages 14-19. I have experience in small group classes of only 5 students, to whole group lessons with 26 students. I strive to help make sure students truly understand each skill they are being taught. My passion is one-on-one tutoring, as it allows me to dedicate all of my attention and efforts to one students to help them be as successful as possible. I specialize in algebra topics, from pre-algebra to algebra 2. My goal and focus with tutoring is to help remediate/reinforce topics you may have struggled with! Resources are welcome and I happy to work on homework after school. I offer only online services where we can connect through video, from the joy of each of our own homes!
I look forward to working with each of you! If you have any questions, please reach out!
