I’m a medical scholar with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and minors in Physics and Chemistry from Mercer University, where I graduated as a Presidential Scholar and Honors student. Throughout my academic journey, I developed a strong appreciation not only for the sciences themselves, but also for the importance of making complex material approachable and engaging for students. I believe that every student learns differently, so I strive to meet students where they are academically and adapt my teaching style to fit their individual needs and goals.

I have over five years of teaching and tutoring experience in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, and SAT/ACT preparation. Over the years, I have worked with middle school, high school, and college students in both one-on-one and small group settings. My experience includes helping students strengthen foundational skills, improve confidence in challenging subjects, and prepare for exams ranging from regular coursework assessments to standardized tests. I am comfortable teaching both introductory and advanced levels of math and science courses and enjoy finding creative ways to simplify difficult concepts.

As a current healthcare professional, I bring both academic knowledge and real-world application into my teaching approach. I aim to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing confidence in their abilities. Whether a student needs long-term academic support, homework help, test preparation, or assistance mastering a difficult topic, I am committed to helping them succeed and making the learning process as effective and positive as possible.
