Biology Major Offers Writing Help

Hi! I'm a college senior who majored in Biology with a Biochemistry concentration. I am looking to be an online writing/reading tutor. I have four years of experience writing essays for science related lab subjects as well as other subjects in the Humanities such as Language Arts and Georgia History in college. In addition to writing essays in college, I wrote essays in my A.P. Language class in 11th grade, and A.P. Literature in 12th grade, and scored a 4/5 on the A.P. exams for both subjects. I was able to exempt one Language Arts class in college, and can help your child improve their ability to think on their feet when it comes to writing. I also took A.P. World History and A.P. U.S. History, and gained passing scores on those exams as well. I gained one college credit in the Humanities as well due to A.P. exams.
My tutoring experience includes tutoring both high school and middle school age kids in math and other subjects, (in person) during my freshman year of college and I was successfully able to help those students improve their overall grades in school. I offer writing/reading help online, and may expand to include other subjects after I re-enroll and graduate from college in the coming semesters.
I offer homework help in writing essays, as well as both stand-alone and continuous lessons to improve a student's ability to answer essay questions for timed exams. I am familiar with D.B.Q.s (Document Based Questions) and similar essay assignments. I can improve a student's ability to write both non-fiction and fiction. While I am familiar with tutoring children, I am open to helping adults, including English language learners in improving their writing.
