Bio

I am a graduate student in Quantitative and Computational Finance at Georgia Institute of Technology, where my coursework sits at the intersection of advanced mathematics and software engineering. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from The Ohio State University, where I graduated Cum Laude with a specialization in artificial intelligence. This gives me a deep foundation in both the theoretical and applied sides of math and CS.

My teaching experience began at Ohio State, where I worked as a student grader for multiple semesters, reviewing and giving detailed feedback on assignments across core computer science topics. I also volunteer tutored middle and high-schoolers in subjects ranging from introductory programming to probability, statistics, calculus, and algebra. I naturally adjust my approach depending on the student, whether that means slowing down to build intuition from scratch or diving into the harder edge cases with someone more advanced.

I am comfortable working with students at any level, from middle schoolers encountering algebra or their first lines of code all the way through college undergraduates tackling data structures, discrete math, linear algebra, or software engineering coursework. My goal in every session is to help students genuinely understand the material rather than just memorize steps. I find that using concrete examples, working through problems together, and connecting ideas to things students already know makes a real difference in how quickly things click. Reach out if you think we could be a match :)
