I am a practicing public health professional working as a lead health scientist/clinical epidemiologist at one of the largest government agencies. I also serve as an adjunct health and nutrition professor at a private university and collaborate with another federal agency as a co-investigator.

I advise students to shape and polish their statements for graduate school, guiding them in career choices and future directions and preparing them for job interviews. My work style is customer-oriented and goal-oriented. Everybody, who worked with me from the start to the end, passed their course happily with their target, or higher, defended their capstones or dissertations, or graduated.

I tutor many Public Health subjects, including but not limited to Health Education, Public Health Policy, Public Health Law, Public Health Interventions, Program Evaluation, Community Health, and Research Ethics courses. I have a Medical Degree and PhD in biomedical sciences. I have taken Human Gross Anatomy and Histology as a part of my required curriculum for 2 semesters each subject (4 semesters total) at medical school. I also have been selected to serve as teaching assistant Human Gross Anatomy leading tutoring sessions weekly for year. My outstanding performance and knowledge in the area of histology was recognized by award "The best student of the year". Finally, I have taken an advanced courses as regular classes or seminars in graduate school: cell biology and molecular biology.

I have more than 20 years of analytical experience using SPSS, Excel, SAS base, SAS callable SUDAAN, and R as a health scientist. During all these years, I have been teaching students how to perform statistical analysis using SPSS, including but not limiting: descriptive stat, basic t-tests, Pearson correlation, One-way, and two-way ANOVA, repeated measure ANOVA, Chi-Square Tests, and multiple linear regression. An advanced statistical analysis, including factor analysis/principal components analysis, cluster analysis, decision trees, logistic regression, survival analysis, generalized linear models, and mixed models, is also available. I put a particular emphasis on the selection of the most important results and presenting them in the APA format.

Most people don’t really learn statistics until they start analyzing data in their own research. I am a PhD level health scientist with more than two decade of quantitative research experience.
