I have been a special education teacher for 5 years. I worked in a self-contained classroom, inclusion classroom, as well as working with babies can't wait working one on one with special needs children. I also worked in regular education for 2 years before finding my passion within the special needs population. I have been out of the field for teacher for several years because I took time off to become a stay at home mother.

After having children and being a mother I think I am an even better teacher. Not only can I bring my passion and love for children to others but I know how important your children are, and I want to educate the children with compassion as well as their parents. I want to give parents the tools they need to be able to parent to their best abilities along with having their children perform to their best abilities.

I have 5 years experience with the special needs community and have dealt with all diagnosis as well as those special needs that had no specific diagnosis. I have a genuine love for this group of children and I really want to give the tools they need to be successful academically and socially.

I have 5 children of my own, and my whole life I have had a passion for children. Through my special education experiences I have become someone who wants to give those children all I can to lighten their already very heavy load of special needs. I want to do all I can to help them find success in their life, and I want to help them reach their highest potential and to be an advocate for those children and their families.
