This year I am teaching 7th and 8th grade math. I enjoy building relationships with my students, so they will be comfortable enough to learn math. My approach is usually student centered/discovery. I love to give students the chance to discover concepts rather than just given the material. This way they understand the actual concept. I also enjoy relating math to real life so students can see how important math is.
I have taught students ages 11-15 years old. The content of my teaching experience has mostly been in the classroom with an average of 25 students. I did teach virtually for 2 years. I have also tutored online.
