I have an English degree from the University of Alabama. I am very detail oriented and want to squeeze out all the information a literary source has to offer so that the student has the ability to really understand what they are reading. I also love writing and want to help others improve their skills so that they feel more comfortable in and out of the classroom since writing is an essential part of our lives.
I have played horn for twelve years and in that time I have made GMEA Allstate band every year I was in high school and in middle school as well as district honor band. I was also a member of The Metropolitan Atlanta Youth Wind Ensemble, The Metropolitan Youth Symphony Orchestra, The Emory Youth Symphony Orchestra and The Atlanta Youth Wind Symphony.
