I have been a very good student, and had extra support from tutors that helped me emerge as a more excellent and confident leader. Because of this, I can empathize with and better support others.
Despite my degrees and awards, I always have more room to keep growing. In high school, I was a National Honor Society inductee and earned four-year college scholarships. I received my B.S. degree and then became employed in a teaching and speaking role as a certified therapist. All my professional experience has included training, tutoring, and mentoring others, as well as writing, editing, speaking, and presenting.
I have tutored and taught children for ten years, as I homeschooled my children, covering elementary school subjects including reading, writing, speaking, math, science, history, and special interests. I also specialized in tutoring them for their college and scholarship application essays. My guidance helped all my children to become honors students, win writing contests, speak from the stage, and earn full four-year college scholarships.
Recently, I earned a M.A. degree and a certification in leadership development and coaching. My GPA in business school was 3.8 on a 4.0 scale. I was inducted into Omega Nu Lambda and Delta Mu Delta.
With my education and training, I am an even more competent teacher and mentor. I recently coached and taught over thirty new agents over six months using group presentations and individual coaching. Many won performance awards and bonuses and shared testimonials stating that I taught them well and helped them build confidence.
