I am a Biology and Physics major at the University of Georgia. As a senior, I tutor underclassmen in a variety of maths and sciences through the UGA tutoring center. Upon graduating, I plan to begin teaching and continue that as a carrer at both the high school and college level. I have a great passion to teach. There is nothing I love more than to see someone learning particularly difficult concepts. I pride myself on being able to explain concepts in terms that anyone can understand, and I am a firm believer that a hands on or visual approach will always resonate better with a student than more traditional methods.
About me personally, there isn't much to tell. I was recently married, and look forward to starting a family in the near future, Tutoring is something to help with money, but more so than that, to help people learn. I truly feel happy when i can help someone succeed in life. I scored highly on both the SAT and ACT, and feel confident that I can pass my knowledge on to others.
I scored a 32 in math on the ACT, and have always taken the most advanced courses available to me. I love to learn, and love to teach. Geometry and other visual maths are perhaps the most fun to me, and any time, i can solve a puzzle of a problem, it is always rewarding.
